Feature (Bills): Hidma now allows you to cancel outstanding bills. Cancelling a bill will release all associated time entries and charges. You can also view and download a PDF version of the canceled bill, which will include a watermark indicating its canceled status. Improvement (Bills): All methods for adding hours to a bill—whether using the retainer function, grouping, or allocating hours after a bill has been settled, now provide the option to group and split hours by individual or display them as separate entries. This enhancement ensures more precise time allocation to bills. Improvement (Bills): Charges can now be closed off against bills even after they have been generated. Improvement (Timesheets): Users can now create and view charges and discounts directly from the Timesheets page. This feature is especially useful for staff who frequently manage disbursements or client charges. To enable these features, navigate to Settings → Configuration → Timesheets and activate the relevant options. Improvement (Clients): Client Statements now also include write-offs and receipt codes. Improvement (Clients): The Client Balance widget on the Client Dashboard now displays a consolidated balance across all organizations. Feature (Projects): Users can now download a list of projects from the project summary page. Customize your export by selecting the details to include and applying filters to tailor the list to your needs. Improvement (Projects): The project summary page now supports sorting, allowing users to organize results based on their preferences. Improvement (Reports): Reporting pages have been optimized for significantly faster loading times. 🚀🚀 Fix (Bills): The date range selector on the Create Bill page now correctly considers both the start and end dates. Fix (Client Groups): Inactive clients can now be selected when modifying client group members in the Edit Client Group profile. Fix (Payments): Downloading the payments summary as a CSV file now functions correctly. Fix (Timesheets): Timesheet rows associated with deactivated clients are now automatically locked.
