Release 1.25.1

Fix (Payments): It is now possible to add comments when giving Credit on Account, creating Credit Notes or when creating Write-Offs. Improvement (Timesheets): Users with management roles can now change a Project's status directly from within their timesheet Fix (Payments): Credit on Account is now listed as one of the available client balances during the allocation process. Fix (Billing): Sorting of rows within a bill has been re-instated.
