New Feature (Payments): Bank accounts can now be enabled and utilized for payments in Hidma. This feature is especially beneficial for businesses managing multiple organisations in Hidma and using multiple bank accounts. Have a look at this instructional video for a comprehensive overview of this new feature. Improvement (Payments): You can now allocate funds across different organisations when creating a payment. This allows a client balance in Organisation A to be used to settle a bill issued by Organisation B. New Feature (Bills): You can now display the Amount Paid and Amount Due on your bill templates. When enabled, bills will show either or both of these values, which are automatically updated whenever an allocation is made to the bill. Improvement (Bills): Closing off unbilled time against bills is now available for bills with an invoiced status as well. Prior to this release, this was only possible on bills which were fully or partially settled. Improvement (Reporting): When navigating to the Reports page, you will now be automatically directed to the Unbilled tab of this page. Fix (Clients): Client profile pictures are now no longer overwritten or lost with subsequent updates to the same profile. Fix (Document Templates): Changing and cropping document images in a document template now works correctly, even when using very small images.
